Minolie Rajapakse

Minolie Rajapakse is a member of SEV LAW’s transactional team. She was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2024 after completing her LL.B. at the University of Auckland. Before relocating to Canada to be closer to family, she worked in real estate law in New Zealand.

At SEV LAW, Minolie assists with real estate transactions while completing the Canadian accreditation and licensing process. She supports the firm’s real estate practice with client communication, file coordination, transaction documents, closing preparation, and related file support under lawyer supervision.

Minolie is often a point of contact for clients during real estate transactions. She is known within the firm for her attention to detail, careful follow-up, and clear communication. Her work assists the firm’s lawyers and clients in moving transactions forward efficiently and with proper care.
